Welcome, KP HOMES!
Real Estate Agent KimberLee Peters reached out to me to inquire about marketing her new business - and promoting her real estate services. Although she has held her real estate license for over a decade as a civil engineer working with property acquisition, KimberLee has decided to start buying and selling residential homes and property in Johnson County. As a small business owner and professional beauty consultant, Kim had some initial ideas about the look and feel of her new brand. She wanted colors and style to reflect her outgoing, vibrant personality and attitude.
Logo Design
We started with a logo design to reflect her new business name - KP Homes. As the structural foundation of her logo and business, KP represents her initials and is a nickname that others have used for her. The bold yellow window within the P represents her inner light - as a guiding beacon for her clients. When planning out KimberLee’s logo, we took into consideration the many applications that her logo would be applied to. From signage to business cards to marketing materials, we planned for a bold yet simple design that would be easily recognizable - for both print and online media. We developed multiple style versions of her logo in several file formats.
HeadShot PHotography
As a real estate agent, KimberLee is the face of her business. Whether networking in person within her community or advertising her services online in social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram, Kim needed a variety of professional headshots to promote. In our brand photography session, she chose a few different outfit options within her color scheme to vary her looks. Her primary headshot that would be used on signage and print marketing featured a memorable animal print jacket in black and gold with a gold key necklace.
We provide a variety of file formats in multiple resolution sizes for different application - including print and web-sized images.
Printed Marketing
We designed a double-sided business card with rounded corners for KimberLee to distribute to future clients and homeowners. The bold yellow side is simple, yet eye-catching - and perfect for displaying at property showings or community advertising boards.
KimberLee’s real estate sign will be printed on a 10 mil coroplast yard sign to be displayed with a changeable “rider” on top.
Web Site Design
We designed and built a responsive web site for KP Homes to market real estate services online. Whether homeowners are buying or selling a home in Johnson County, they can learn more about real estate services and view KP HOMES current property listings. Each listing provides important MLS information, as well as professional exterior and interior room photography that has been coded with SEO keywords to increase search visibility. Contact forms allow Kim to collect potential client information and open a doorway of communication.
Real Estate Photography
KimberLee had her first real estate property ready to sell - as we were preparing to launch her new web site. We provided interior and exterior house real estate photography to showcase her new listing at 653 Cembra Drive in Greenwood, Indiana. Despite a snow storm in late January, KimberLee had 3 viewings on the first day after listing her property. She had an accepted offer within 24 hours! As a REALTOR©, it’s important for KimberLee to keep her clients and industry partners up-to-date on the status of her listings. We have designed a series of social media graphics to share on her accounts - including Just Listed, Offer Accepted and our favorite-SOLD. With each new property, we are able to customize a social media graphic quickly and efficiently to promote online.
