It may be no surprise that Graduation Photography is one of my favorite genres to capture! I love the excitement and pride that graduates bring to their portrait sessions. And sometimes we sprinkle in a little Confetti, glitter…and lots of laughs!

But Kindergarten Cap and Gown sessions are in a league of their own! I love to capture kids at this transitional age. Their little hands, baby teeth and sweet cheeks won’t be around for much longer. I try to set up poses to capture different angles of their faces and expressions. I know that Mom and Dad will appreciate these photos as the years pass on.

Each child has their own unique personality, but generally Kindergarten Graduation sessions are a lot of fun! I like to keep our time together moving and active. We walk, jump, toss our cap, dance… and celebrate this BIG milestone!
